Welcome to Preparation Fitness! I’m Genesis Parker, a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for athlete development. With 7 years of college basketball experience at schools like Virginia Tech, University of Cincinnati, Butler University, and IUPUI, I understand what it takes to compete at the highest level.
After overcoming an ACL injury, I found my purpose in helping athletes maximize their performance through specialized training in speed, strength, and skill development. My goal is simple: to prepare you for success—whether it’s earning a D1 scholarship, excelling on the court, or building the confidence to reach the next level.
